The government of Libya, through the Energy Cities Development Company (ECDCo) is developing a Master Plan for two world-class industrial cities at Al Brega and Ras Lanuf. These two cities are located on the southern coastline of the Gulf of Sirte, and are home to major oil and gas processing and export facilities.
